southern Labrador.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Thursday dissipating trough located on a line
east-west over southern Labrador Sea.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over the East Coast of the U.S.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Thursday trough located on a line north-south
over the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight quasi-stationary ridge located east of
the Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:56 PM NDT 22 July 2026 A trough of low pressure oriented east-west over Southern Labrador
will continue moving northeastward tonight and dissipate over the
South Labrador Sea overnight. Strong to gale force southerlies behind
the trough will diminish tonight as the trough dissipates.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Gulf-Port au Port.
