the Northern Grand Banks today. Strong to gale force east to
northeasterlies ahead of the low will shift to strong to gale force
west to northwesterlies in its wake.
A second low will approach the marine district from the west tonight.
Strong to gale force southeasterlies will develop ahead of the low on
