Issued 3:30 PM NST 29 February 2024 Tonight and Friday At 3:30 p.m. NST today trough located on a line north-south over
Gulf - Port au Port.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Friday trough located east of the Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:18 PM NST 29 February 2024 A trough of low pressure over Gulf - Port au Port will sweep across
the marine district tonight. Strong to gale force southerlies ahead
of the trough will shift to strong to gale force westerlies in its
wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all regions with open water except Southeastern Grand
Banks.
