Issued 3:00 AM NST 13 November 2025 Today Tonight and Friday At 3:00 a.m. NST today deepening low 1002 mb located west ofLaurentian Fan.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Friday low 988 mb located over the South Coast
of Newfoundland.
At 10:00 a.m. NST Friday approaching low 992 mb located south of
the Grand Banks.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 2:54 AM NST 13 November 2025 A deepening low pressure system will approach from the southwesttoday before tracking northward over Eastern Newfoundland tonight and
dissipating Friday afternoon just north of the island. Strong to gale
force southeast to northeasterlies will develop ahead of the low
today before shifting to strong to gale force southwesterlies as it
passes this evening.
A second low will approach from the south on Friday as it moves to
lie over Eastern Newfoundland by Friday evening. Generally strong to
gale force southeasterlies ahead of the low over eastern waters will
shift to strong to gale force westerlies as it passes.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters.
