By 3:00 a.m. ADT Tuesday quasi-stationary trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over the eastern Marine District.
At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight intensifying low 995 mb located east of
the Great Lakes.
By 3:30 p.m. ADT Tuesday low 987 mb located over the St. Lawrence
River.
