East Scotian Slope, Banquereau, Laurentian Fan, Cabot Strait,
Northumberland Strait - eastern half, Gulf Magdalen, and Anticosti.
A freezing spray warning is in effect for Anticosti.
Outlook for the start of the Southwest Nova lobster fishery.
