Technical Marine Synopsis

Issued 8:00 PM ADT 13 October 2024 Tonight and Monday At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight departing low 972 mb located northeast
of Newfoundland.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight low 1002 mb located over New England.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Monday deepening low 995 mb located near Grand
Manan.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:45 PM ADT 13 October 2024 Strong northwesterlies over eastern waters will diminish tonight as a
low pressure system northeast of Newfoundland pulls away.

On Monday, another low over New England will move northeastward
across the Gulf of Maine Monday afternoon and will move to lie near
the Gaspé Peninsula Tuesday morning.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Lurcher, Browns Bank, southwestern shore, LaHave Bank, Cabot Strait,
Northumberland Strait, Chaleur - Miscou, Gulf - Magdalen, and
Anticosti - southwestern half.
