Island Bank.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Sunday departing low 982 mb located east of the
Marine District.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located on a line north-south over
the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Sunday ridge located on a line north-south over
western Newfoundland.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT Sunday approaching trough located on a line
north-south over Maine.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 1:18 PM NDT 16 October 2021 A low pressure system east of Funk Island Bank will remain nearly
stationary and weaken as the day progresses. Over northern waters
west of the low, strong to gale force northerlies will persist
through the day.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle - eastern half, East Coast - north of Cape St.
Francis, Northeast Coast, and Belle Isle Bank.
