By 3:00 a.m. NDT Monday trough located on a line north-south over
the northern Grand Banks.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT Monday low 1000 mb located over the Quebec Lower
North Shore.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:44 AM NDT 21 April 2024 A low pressure system will develop over the Quebec Lower North Shore
Sunday night and intensify as it moves into Labrador on Monday.
Gale force west to southwesterly winds will spread across Gulf waters
and the strait late Monday with this system.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle and Gulf waters.
