Peninsula.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Saturday departing low 985 mb located east of
the Grand Banks.

At 10:00 a.m. NST Saturday approaching low 980 mb located over
Cabot Strait.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:51 AM NST 22 November 2019 A low pressure system east of the Avalon Peninsula will track across
the Northern Grand Banks today. Strong to gale force east to
northeasterlies ahead of the low will shift to strong to gale force
west to northwesterlies in its wake.

A second low will approach the marine district from the west tonight.
Strong to gale force southeasterlies will develop ahead of the low on
Saturday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast, Northeast Coast - Cape St.
John and south, Funk Island Bank, and the Grand Banks.
