Newfoundland.
By 8:00 p.m. AST Saturday low 982 mb located near Anticosti Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:45 PM AST 22 January 2021 An intense low pressure system just southeast of Laurentian Fan will
continue to track northeastward this evening bringing gale force
northeasterly winds to southeasternmost waters.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Laurentian Fan - eastern half.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Gulf-Magdalen, Chaleur-Miscou, and Anticosti.
