By 3:30 p.m. ADT Sunday trough located over Nova Scotia.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:48 PM ADT 22 March 2025 A low pressure system over Newfoundland will continue to pull away
from the district tonight. Strong to gale force west to
northwesterlies will persist in the wake of the system.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau, Laurentian Fan, Cabot Strait - northern half and
Gulf-Magdalen - northeastern half.
