By 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight trough located from Newfoundland to East
Scotian Slope.

At 3:00 a.m. ADT Friday departing trough located east of
Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:11 PM ADT 10 September 2026 A trough of low pressure from Labrador to Maine will continue across
the marine district tonight and depart to the east early Friday
morning. Strong to gale force southwesterlies ahead of the trough
will shift to strong northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
eastern shore, Sable, Fourchu, Banquereau, Laurentian Fan, Cabot
Strait, and Gulf - Magdalen - southeastern half.
