Issued 7:33 PM AST 15 December 2025 An intense low pressure system over Northeast Newfoundland willcontinue to track northeastward tonight. Gale to storm force
northwesterly winds behind the low across the marine district will
diminish tonight.
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Banquereau, Laurentian Fan and Cabot Strait. Gale warnings are in
effect for all remaining waters except Fundy and Grand Manan.
Freezing spray warnings are in effect for Fundy, Grand Manan,
Northumberland Strait, Gulf - Magdalen, Chaleur - Miscou, and
Anticosti.
