Periods of rain ending near noon Wednesday. Fog patches dissipating Wednesday afternoon.

Issued 8:00 PM ADT 28 May 2024 Tonight and Wednesday At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight trough located on a line north-south over
the western Marine District.
By 3:30 p.m. ADT Wednesday trough located on a line north-south
over the central Marine District.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT Wednesday departing trough located from
Newfoundland to Laurentian Fan.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:54 PM ADT 28 May 2024 A trough of low pressure will move through the marine district from
the west to lie over the eastern marine district by Wednesday
morning. Strong to gale force southerlies are expected ahead of this
trough.

Mariners are advised that gale warnings are in effect for Cabot
Strait, Gulf - Magdalen and Anticosti - eastern half.
