At 4:00 a.m. NDT Friday approaching low 986 mb located over New
Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:21 AM NDT 17 October 2019 A low pressure system will approach Labrador from the southwest on
Friday. Strong to gale force easterlies will develop over southern
waters on Friday ahead of the low.
