Grand Banks.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Thursday low 994 mb located over the northern
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:54 PM NDT 17 April 2024 A developing low pressure system over the Southeastern Grand Banks
will retrograde towards the Avalon Peninsula on Thursday. Strong to
gale force northerlies over northern waters will spread southwards on
Thursday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Strait of Belle Isle - western half, Gulf waters, East
Coast - Cape St. Francis and south, Funk Island Bank - southeastern
half, and the Grand Banks.
