Wind diminishing to northwest 15 Saturday morning and to light Saturday afternoon. Wind becoming east 10 Saturday evening.

Snow beginning this morning changing to showers or flurries this afternoon then to flurries this evening and ending near noon Saturday. Visibility 1 mile or less in precipitation.

Risk of freezing spray Saturday morning.
