Wind increasing to northwest 40 late this evening then diminishing to northwest 30 overnight. Wind diminishing to west 20 near noon Sunday then veering to northwest 20 Sunday evening.

Snow or rain beginning this morning becoming rain this evening then scattered flurries or scattered showers near midnight and ending Sunday morning.
