Wind southeast 30 knots diminishing to southwest 20 near noon then increasing to southwest 30 early this evening. Wind increasing to west 35 late this evening then veering to northwest 35 near midnight. Wind diminishing to northwest 25 Tuesday morning and to northwest 15 Tuesday evening.

Scattered showers with a risk of thunderstorms changing to periods of snow this afternoon and ending near noon Tuesday. Visibility as low as 1 mile in snow.
