Wind veering to northwest 35 near midnight then diminishing to northwest 25 Tuesday morning. Wind diminishing to northwest 15 Tuesday evening.

Showers with a risk of thunderstorms changing to periods of snow this afternoon and ending near noon Tuesday. Visibility as low as 1 mile in snow.
