Issued 3:28 PM EDT 13 June 2026 Thunderstorms crossing Georgian Bay from Lake Huron have the potential to produce wind gusts to 40 knots and up to nickel sized hail.

Large hail can damage vessels and cause injury. Vessels without lightning protection should make their way to shore immediately. Mariners are advised to prepare for squalls. If underway, seek safe harbour immediately. Take cover immediately, if threatening weather approaches.
