Issued 9:30 PM NST 14 December 2019 Tonight and Sunday At 9:30 p.m. NST tonight intensifying low 984 mb located oversouthern Quebec.
By 9:30 p.m. NST Sunday low 965 mb located over western Labrador.
At 9:30 p.m. NST tonight ridge located over Labrador Coast.
By 4:00 p.m. NST Sunday departing ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over the East Labrador Sea.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:08 PM NST 14 December 2019 An intense low pressure system will approach Labrador from thesouthwest on Sunday. Gale to storm force east to southeasterlies will
spread across most waters on Sunday ahead of this system.
Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
South Labrador Sea. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining
waters except Lake Melville.
Marine interests are also advised that a freezing spray warning is in
effect for South Labrador Sea.
