Issued 9:30 PM NST 14 December 2025 Tonight and Monday At 9:30 p.m. NST tonight departing low 967 mb located southeastof Greenland.
At 9:30 p.m. NST tonight deepening low 996 mb located south of
Nova Scotia.
By 9:30 p.m. NST Monday low 953 mb located over northeastern
Newfoundland.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:13 PM NST 14 December 2025 A low pressure system southeast of Greenland will depart to the easttonight. Strong to gale force northwesterlies over the East Labrador
Sea will diminish this evening as the low tracks east.
A second low pressure system will approach the district from the
south on Monday. Gale force northeasterlies will develop over
southern waters late in the day on Monday as the low approaches.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville, North Labrador Coast, and Northwest
Labrador Sea.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except South Labrador Coast and East Labrador
Sea.
