Issued 9:30 PM PST 25 February 2024 Tonight and Monday At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over the North Coast.
By 10:30 a.m. PST Monday trough located on a line north-south over
the Central Coast.

At 4:00 p.m. PST Monday ridge located west of Bowie.
By 9:30 p.m. PST Monday ridge located over northwestern Explorer.

At 4:00 a.m. PST Tuesday trough located on a line north-south
over Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Tuesday trough located on a line north-south over
Hecate Strait.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:33 PM PST 25 February 2024 A trough along the North Coast will keep the gale force
northwesterlies over northern, central, and offshore waters tonight
and Monday. Westerly gales through Juan de Fuca Strait will diminish
tonight.

A ridge of high pressure will build over Bowie on Monday afternoon.
This will support another round of northwesterly gales southwest
Of Tofino and Southern Strait of Georgia. Westerly gales are expected
through Juan de Fuca Strait.
