Wind increasing to northwest 25 to 30 early Tuesday afternoon except north 15 to 20 over northern sections. Wind becoming northwest 20 to 25 Tuesday evening.

Showers beginning this evening changing to rain Tuesday afternoon. Fog banks becoming fog patches Tuesday morning and dissipating Tuesday evening.
