Issued 10:30 AM PDT 30 May 2024 Today Tonight and Friday At 10:30 a.m. PDT today ridge located from the North Coast to
Explorer.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Friday ridge located on a line north-south over
the Central Coast.

At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight frontal system located off Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Friday frontal system located from Sandspit
to Explorer.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:31 AM PDT 30 May 2024 An approaching frontal system will track across the offshore waters
on Friday and onto the North Coast Friday evening. Ahead of the
front, southeast gales will develop over Northern Bowie this evening,
and spread to northern, central waters, and the headlands of West
Coast Vancouver Island North on Friday. In its wake, winds will shift
to moderate to strong westerly on Friday night.
