Island.

At 10:30 a.m. PDT today ridge located over Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT today ridge located on a line north-south over
Haida Gwaii.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT today approaching frontal system located west of
the offshore waters.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:16 AM PDT 6 June 2026 A low pressure system over Lower Mainland will move inland this
afternoon. This system will provide conditions that are favourable
Georgia and the mouth of Howe Sound near noon today.

A frontal system moving in on Sunday will generate southerly gales
Sunday afternoon over northern and central waters. These southerly
gales will diminish early Monday morning as the frontal system moves
onto the mainland coast and dissipates.
