north-south over Bowie.
By 9:30 p.m. PDT Saturday dissipating low 1007 mb located over
northern Bowie.
At 11:00 a.m. PDT Saturday trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over Explorer.
By 9:30 p.m. PDT Saturday dissipating trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over Vancouver Island.

Issued 9:21 PM PDT 9 May 2025 Southerly gale force winds will also develop over Dixon Entrance Westand northern sections of west coast Haida Gwaii this evening and ease
overnight.
On Saturday, a trough over Explorer will moving towards Vancouver
Island. Winds south of the Brooks Peninsula will rise to southeast
gale force late Saturday afternoon. Winds will veer to southwest
strong in the wake of the trough Saturday evening.
