By 4:00 a.m. PST Monday warm front located on a line
northwest-southeast over Cape Scott.
At 10:30 a.m. PST Monday frontal system located west of Explorer.
By 9:30 p.m. PST Monday frontal system located on a line north-south
over southern Bowie.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 10:26 AM PST 15 December 2019 A warm front will move across Bowie today and lie over the NorthCoast by early Monday morning. Ahead of the system, winds will rise
to gale force southeasterly over the northern and central waters.
A stronger frontal system will approach Explorer Monday afternoon and
move onto Haida Gwaii in the evening. Gale to storm force southeast
winds will develop ahead of the system. Winds will shift to strong
westerly in its wake.
