At 8:00 a.m. PDT Friday intensifying frontal system located west
of the offshore waters.
By 10:00 p.m. PDT Friday frontal system located from Bowie to Cape
St. James then to Explorer.
At 8:00 a.m. PDT Friday deepening low 990 mb located west of the
offshore waters.
By 5:00 p.m. PDT Friday deepening low 970 mb located west of Bowie.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:19 PM PDT 24 October 2024 A low pressure system will approach from the southwest on Friday.The associated frontal system will track across the offshore
Waters on Friday night, while the low remains mostly stationary
offshore. Storm force southeasterlies are expected over northern and
central waters ahead of the front, beginning Friday afternoon
offshore and tracking toward the coast through the night.
