Issued 9:30 PM NDT 22 May 2026 Tonight and Saturday At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight quasi-stationary low 983 mb located south
of Greenland.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over southern Belle Isle Bank.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Saturday departing trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over Funk Island Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:22 PM NDT 22 May 2026 A low pressure system south of Greenland will remain nearly
stationary throughout the forecast period. Strong to gale force
northerlies to northwesterlies are expected to persist over most
waters as a result.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville, North Labrador Coast, and East Labrador
Sea.
