By 4:00 p.m. NDT Friday trough located on a line northwest-southeast
over Labrador Coast.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:45 PM NDT 3 October 2024 A trough of low pressure over Western Quebec will continue toapproach the marine district as a ridge of high pressure remains
nearly stationary over Greenland. Strong to gale force
southeasterlies can be expected over northwestern waters between
these two features.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast and Northwest Labrador Sea - northwestern half.
