Greenland.
At 9:30 a.m. NST Monday approaching low 985 mb located over
central Quebec.
At 4:00 p.m. NST today ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over the Torngat Mountains.
By 4:00 p.m. NST Monday ridge located on a line north-south over
the East Labrador Sea.

Issued 3:56 PM NST 28 February 2021 A low pressure system is forecast to track northeastward acrossQuebec on Monday. Strong to gale force southeasterlies will develop
ahead of this low.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast and Northwest Labrador Sea.
