Issued 4:00 AM NDT 22 March 2025 Today Tonight and Sunday At 4:00 a.m. NDT today low 987 mb located near Prince Edward Island.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Sunday low 978 mb located over western Belle
Isle Bank.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT today low 990 mb located northeast of Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT today departing low 997 mb located east of
Greenland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:53 AM NDT 22 March 2025 A low pressure system will approach the marine district from the
south today and will track into the Labrador Sea on Sunday where it
will remain nearly stationary. Strong to gale force northeasterly
winds will develop over most waters ahead of the low today. Strong to
gale force northwesterlies are expected west of the low on Sunday,
with strong to gale force southeasterlies east of it.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville and North Labrador Coast.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Labrador Sea.
