Issued 9:30 AM NDT 9 September 2024 Today Tonight and Tuesday At 9:30 a.m. NDT today trough located on a line east-west over
the South Labrador Sea.
By 9:30 a.m. NDT Tuesday trough located on a line east-west over
the Northwest Labrador Sea.

At 9:30 a.m. NDT today quasi-stationary ridge located over Baffin
Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:22 AM NDT 9 September 2024 A trough over the Labrador Sea will slowly shift northward and move
closer to a quasi-stationary ridge over Baffin Island. Strong
northeast to easterlies will strengthen into strong to gale force
northeast to southeasterlies later today.

Marine interests are advised that gale warning are in effect for
Northwest Labrador Sea and East Labrador Sea.
