New Brunswick.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Thursday intensifying low 981 mb located over
the Gaspe Peninsula.

At 4:00 p.m. NDT today quasi-stationary ridge located on a line
north-south over the Northwest Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:46 PM NDT 21 April 2021 An approaching low pressure system will stall over the Gaspé
Peninsula on Thursday night. Strong to gale force southeasterly winds
will sweep across southern waters late Thursday ahead of an intense
trough associated with this low.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
South Labrador Coast.
