By 4:00 a.m. NDT Thursday low 998 mb located southeast of the
Marine District.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT today trough from 994 mb low located north of
the Marine District.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Thursday trough from 998 mb low located over Funk
Island Bank.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT today quasi-stationary high located over Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:34 AM NDT 27 September 2023 A trough of low pressure will approach the marine district from the
north this morning and lie south of the district overnight. Strong to
gale force westerlies to northwesterlies are expected as the trough
passes and in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast, South Labrador Sea, and Northwest Labrador Sea.
