By 4:00 a.m. NST Thursday ridge located on a line
northeast-southwest over Labrador Sea.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:46 AM NST 13 November 2024 A trough of low pressure over the East Labrador Sea will track out ofthe marine district today. Meanwhile, a ridge of high pressure over
Quebec will continue to build in from the west. Strong to gale force
north to northwesterlies between these two features will ease later
today.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
South Labrador Coast, North Labrador Coast, and Northwest Labrador
Sea.
