Issued 9:30 PM NDT 22 April 2024 Tonight and Tuesday At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight low 990 mb located over central Labrador.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT Tuesday trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:15 PM NDT 22 April 2024 A low pressure system over Central Labrador will continue to track
northeast across Labrador tonight before diminishing into a trough
over the Labrador Sea by Tuesday evening. Strong to gale force west
to southwesterlies will develop south of the system tonight and
Tuesday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Lake Melville, South Labrador Coast, and Mid Labrador Coast -
Hopedale and south.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for South Labrador Coast, Mid Labrador Coast, and South
Labrador Sea.
