southern Northwest Labrador Sea.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight ridge located on a line north-south over
western Labrador.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Wednesday quasi-stationary ridge located on a
line north-south over the Torngat Mountains.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT Wednesday approaching trough located over Belle
Isle Bank.
