Issued 9:30 AM NST 18 November 2025 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 9:30 a.m. NST today quasi-stationary low 975 mb located overthe Torngat Mountains.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:21 AM NST 18 November 2025 An intense low pressure system will gradually weaken as it lingersjust inland of Nain today and tonight. On Wednesday the low will
begin slowly moving northward along the North Labrador Coast. Gale to
storm force south to southeasterlies are expected to slowly diminish
over most waters with this system.
Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
East Labrador Sea. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining
waters, except Lake Melville.
