Issued 4:00 AM NDT 4 October 2023 Today Tonight and Thursday At 4:00 a.m. NDT today trough located on a line northwest-southeast
over the East Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT today dissipating trough located over the East
Labrador Sea.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located on a line north-south over
western Labrador.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Thursday ridge located on a line
northeast-southwest over the South Labrador Sea.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT Thursday approaching trough located near Ungava
Bay.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:45 AM NDT 4 October 2023 A trough of low pressure will approach the marine district on
Thursday. Gale force southeasterly winds will develop over northern
waters on Thursday morning ahead of this feature.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast, Northwest Labrador Sea and East Labrador Sea.
