Wind northwest 15 knots diminishing to light early this evening then increasing to northeast 15 late overnight. Wind veering to east 20 late Tuesday morning then backing to northeast 25 Tuesday afternoon except northeast 35 near the mouth of Jones Sound. Wind becoming north 35 Tuesday evening.

Snow overnight and Tuesday. Visibility as low as 1 mile in snow.

Temperatures near zero.
