Wind southeast 15 to 25 knots increasing to southeast 25 to 30 this evening except southeast 30 to 35 northwest of Estevan Point. Wind becoming southeast 15 to 25 near noon Tuesday then diminishing to variable 5 to 15 Tuesday evening except southwest 15 to 20 over southern sections.
Periods of drizzle beginning this evening changing to showers Tuesday morning with a risk of thunderstorms.

Marine Weather StatementIssued 10:14 AM PDT 27 June 2022 A low pressure system will move into Southern Explorer late today.
Consequently, moderate to strong southeast winds will develop off
west coast Vancouver Island during the day and then increase to
strong to gale force this evening. Winds will diminish on Tuesday as
the low weakens.
