Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:31 AM PDT 18 June 2019 A ridge will remain quasi-stationary over the BC Central Coast while
a trough remains over the B.C. Interior.
Strong westerly inflow winds through central and eastern Juan de
Fuca Strait will rise to gale force again late this afternoon then
ease to strong overnight.
Gale force northwesterlies will develop through Johnstone Strait and
off the west coast of Vancouver Island near noon.
