Wind becoming easterly 5 to 15 near midnight then increasing to southeast 15 to 25 Monday morning. Wind diminishing to southwest 5 to 15 Monday afternoon then backing to southeast 5 to 15 Monday evening.

Showers beginning near midnight changing to rain or snow Monday morning then to showers or flurries Monday evening. Fog patches dissipating early this morning.

At 10:30 a.m. PST today deepening trough located from the North
Coast to Bowie.
By 4:00 a.m. PST Monday trough located over Vancouver Island.

Issued 3:48 AM PST 15 February 2026 Gale force northwesterlies will develop across northern waters late
this afternoon. These gale force winds will spread to the central and
southern offshore waters in the evening.
