Issued 10:30 AM PDT 11 March 2026 Today Tonight and Thursday At 10:30 a.m. PDT today trough located over the offshore waters.
By 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight weakening trough located from Bowie to
the Central Coast.

At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight low located off Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Thursday weakening low located over Queen
Charlotte Sound.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:18 AM PDT 11 March 2026 An approaching trough of low pressure will track across the offshore
waters today and weaken over the Central Coast this evening. In its
wake, strong to gale force westerlies will develop over offshore and
southern waters this afternoon and then spread to the inner South
Coast this evening. Juan de Fuca Strait may crest storm force with
the westerlies this evening and after midnight.

Winds will gradually ease Thursday morning but strong to gale force
westerlies will continue over offshore and central waters as another
low tracks across Southern Bowie during the day.
