Technical Marine Synopsis

Issued 4:00 AM PDT 12 March 2026 Today Tonight and Friday At 4:00 a.m. PDT today low located over southern Bowie.
By 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight weakening low located over the Central
Coast.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT Friday building ridge located west of the offshore
waters.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:10 PM PDT 11 March 2026 A trough will continue to weaken over the Central Coast tonight.
In its wake, strong to gale force westerlies over offshore and
southern waters will spread to the inner South Coast this evening.

Juan de Fuca Strait may crest storm force with the westerlies this
evening and after midnight.

Winds will gradually ease Thursday morning but strong to gale force
westerlies will continue over offshore and central waters as another
low tracks across Southern Bowie during the day.
