Issued 4:00 AM PDT 18 April 2019 Today Tonight and Friday At 4:00 a.m. PDT today dissipating frontal system located on a
line north-south over northern Vancouver Island.

At 4:00 a.m. PDT today departing low 984 mb located north of Bowie.

At 10:30 a.m. PDT today ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over northern Vancouver Island.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Friday ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over Haida Gwaii.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:58 AM PDT 18 April 2019 A frontal system over Northern Vancouver Island will dissipate this
morning. The Parent low of the system lies just north of Bowie and
will contnue to travel northwards and away from nothern waters.

Strong to gale force southeasterly winds will ease later this
Morning for waters near Northern Vancouver Island. Gale force
southwesterly winds over northern waters will abate by this
afternoon.
